"Feeling let down"
I'm feeling let down. Honestly, it just feels like a waste of cash. My invoice totaled £250 for a blood test and 24ml of gabapentin. I'm stunned that 24ml set me back £45. Your rates have skyrocketed. I wouldn't be surprised if this costs more than gold. I won't be coming back.

"Steer Clear"
They quoted me a price that was supposed to be good for a month. When I went to schedule my appointment, it got pushed back on their end. Then, out of the blue, they could fit me in just one day AFTER the quote ran out and refused to honor it, claiming the prices had jumped from £79 to £139! I waited for days hoping someone would get back to me about the quote, but I finally gave up and booked with another local vet who quoted me £80 and confirmed my appointment. It's a total mess, and honestly, the vet has really gone downhill. I've been a client for several years, and they've treated four of my pets. Not sure if the reception team or management has changed, but something's definitely off, and it's showing in how clients are treated. They seem more focused on making money than caring for the animals. It's really disappointing, and I can't recommend them anymore. With their price hikes, they just can't compete with other vets that offer way better service.

"Stay Away from This Place"
Stay away from this place. I've visited twice and won't be returning. The prices are outrageous, and the customer service is appalling. Just don't go! When my dog was in urgent need of care, the first thing they asked was if I could wear a mask during my visit. Here I am, holding a terrified, yelping dog, and that's your priority? I ended up going to Pets at Home Chingford Vet. They are truly amazing and always ready to help with emergencies for both my rabbits and my dog.
P.S. Emergency vet requests post-pandemic? Absolutely terrible service! I make sure none of my friends choose your clinic. Glad to see a few have already moved on.

The team showed great empathy and support for my request regarding my elderly toy Yorkie’s end of life. The vets performed the euthanasia with utmost care and compassion, even on a Sunday morning. Thank you!

"Initially good, but now I'm uncertain..."
Initially good, but now I'm feeling unsure. My cat was drooling a lot, and I took great care of him. After being sent home, he kept sneezing, and we ended up pulling a 15cm piece of grass out of his nose. I’ve spent £700, and somehow they missed this! It’s been 13 days and still counting for them to sort out my insurance claims! I’ve followed up, and the insurer has too. No replies to emails, and the phone calls keep dropping. So, I can't recommend them since I'm really out of pocket, and their communication is terrible when you need them to act, but they’re quick to take your cash! It’s a shame because the vets were nice, but the admin side is lacking.

"KINDNESS IN A TOUGH TIME"
We had to part ways with our beloved cat Pedro, which was just heartbreaking. This vet really showed a lot of kindness and handled everything with such professionalism. They gave us the space we needed and even offered us a cup of tea. Most importantly, they treated our sweet cat with the utmost care, ensuring he got what he deserved. I’m really glad we chose this place. The reception team was also super nice and offered their condolences. Plus, the follow-up service was top-notch.

"Front Desk Staff"

"Disappointing Experience Overall"
I might've just had bad luck since the other feedback looks decent. I attempted to set up an appointment over the phone, but was directed to their website to register instead. After signing up online, I called again to schedule an appointment, only to be informed that there were no slots open. It felt like they weren't too keen on my business at the moment, claiming they were swamped and suggesting I check out another vet. Unbelievable.

"Issues with Pet Travel Paperwork!"
I reached out to this vet clinic to see if they could help with the necessary documents for taking my pet overseas. I was informed they could handle it, so I drove 25 miles for my appointment. However, on the day of the visit, they refused to switch the entry point from Dover Eurotunnel to Dover Port. I contacted DEFRA and learned they should have been able to do that on the spot since it doesn’t matter. They provided us with the AHC but forgot to mention we also needed the EHC. To top it off, the practice hasn’t been registered with DEFRA for a year, and the actual manager is VA. This manager later called me and gave incorrect info about travel, saying a blood test was necessary. I verified with DEFRA, and that wasn’t the case. It couldn’t get any worse. If you need travel documents, save your money and time—this place is a total letdown.

"Top-notch veterinary service in Warrington"
I bring my cats to this place. By a long shot, it's the best vet around Warrington. The veterinarians and nurses treat the animals with such kindness. They really know their stuff and pay attention to detail. The reception team is consistently friendly and attentive. Plus, you can usually snag a quick appointment, and their prices are lower than other vets nearby. Sara, in particular, is an incredibly kind and professional vet. You should definitely check them out.

The folks at The Vet Portsmouth have been super friendly and really helpful with my new rescue pup. They show a lot of care, pay attention to details, and make sure to explain everything clearly. I appreciate all that they've done for me so far! ;)

"Outstanding Experience with The Vet in Southampton"
We've received nothing short of top-notch service from The Vet in Southampton. Our pup has undergone three surgeries there, and the care has been exceptional. Her second cruciate ligament surgery went way better than the first one, which was done by a so-called expert in Winchester. Just heaps of appreciation for all the staff. 👍👍👍😃😃😃

"We couldn't have hoped for better"
Dr. Paulo and Dr. Margarita truly rescued our pup after we got subpar treatment while overseas. Saying they provided care just doesn’t cut it; they went above and beyond, even putting in weekend hours to track down some meds that were nowhere to be found in Portugal or Spain. I can't recommend them enough!

"If You Care, Avoid This Place"
During my latest trip, I plopped down in the dog waiting area. As I bent down to give my pup some love, I noticed urine slowly seeping out from beneath my chair. I stood up and let the front desk know about the situation. They came over, mopped it up, and used a wet wipe, but the woman didn’t bother to wash her hands afterward. She went right back to handling her desk and people's medicine orders. It’s always dirty there, and they took their sweet time cleaning it up—just one receptionist was on it, not even a cleaner in sight.

"Exceptional service all around"
The service here is truly exceptional, with a staff that's super friendly and genuinely caring. They took wonderful care of my boy Oscar right up until the end. I can't recommend The Vet Southampton enough for anyone wanting a place that loves pets just as much as their owners do.
